04 08-11-2017 Seen the report submitted by the learned lower Court wherefrom it is evident that prosecution case was lingering only for examination of the doctor.
That being so, the Superintendent of Police, Nalanda at Biharsharif is directed to produce the doctor along with required document and on being produced, the learned lower Court will examine the doctor and will further proceed with the trial on day to day basis and conclude the same by 22.12.2017 and will submit report to that effect.
With the aforesaid direction, instant petition is disposed of.
