While considering the prayer for anticipatory bail of main accused, Ganesh Chaudhary vide order dated 07.03.2017 under Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 1143/2016 (Annexure-7) on deposit of Rs. 2,97,600/-, the amount so misappropriated, Ganesh Chaudhary was allowed to avail the privilege of anticipatory bail. Appellant happens to be father-in-law of aforesaid Ganesh Choudhary carrying no specific allegation. Furthermore, total amount so misappropriated had already been deposited, which the learned lower court will verify.
