The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauni (F.C.I.) P.S. Case no. 277 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is said to have been apprehended by the police in the course of escaping by abandoning the stolen motorcycle and on search of the dicky of the motorcycle, a master key was recovered by the police.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious physical possession of the petitioner rather the petitioner was falsely implicated in the case with aforesaid stolen

motorcycle doctored by the police personnel to save their skin as they had snatched bag containing money, and other belongings of the petitioner. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 30.07.2017.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Begusarai in connection with Barauni (F.C.I.) P.S. Case No. 277 of 2017.
