The petitioners seek quashing of the FIR pertaining to Saharsa PS Case No. 98 of 2014 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 323, 504, 506 and 120B/34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that already a title suit is going on between the parties with respect the same land as well as mutation appeal.
