The petitioner seeks bail in K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged against this petitioner that he caused firearm injury to brother of the informant namely Ashutosh Kumar. The injury report of Ashutosh Kumar has been annexed as Annexure-2 to this petition wherein the doctor has found lacerated wound of ½”x1/2” in the middle of the thigh and the opinion of the doctor regarding nature of injury has been kept reserved.

In such circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
