2 11-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Jhajha P.S. Case No.206 of 2015 (G.R. No. 1929 of 2015) instituted for the offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
As per written report, police apprehended some persons as named in the First Information Report with allegation that they were making plan to commit dacoity. The name of this petitioner has been disclosed by the persons apprehended by the police. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner.
In such circumstances, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on
