Learned counsel for the petitioner and Opposite Party No.2 submits that dispute in between the petitioner and Opposite Party, who are husband and wife, has already been settled. The learned counsel for Opposite Party No. 2 has no grievance for allowing the anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

In view of the submission of the learned counsels for the petitioner and Opposite Party No.2, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( Rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
