3 10-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State as also the learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No.76 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(B) and 316/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation of the informant Chandrakanti Devi is that her daughter Sapna Rani, whose marriage was performed on 12.05.2013 with Alok Kumar, the son of the petitioners, was being tortured for demand of dowry through various modes. While attempt was made to convince the husband and in-laws of her

daughter but all in went in vain. On 31.01.2017. Alok Kumar, son-in-law of the informant gave information to the informant about falling of her daughter from the stairs. Thereafter, the informant reached at Mahuabagh, P.S. Rupaspur, Patna, and then she came to know that her daughter has been taken to the hospital at Kankarbagh, Patna. When the informant started to search her daughter at Kankarbagh, Patna, she came to know that her daughter has sustained burn injury and she has been admitted to Dr. B.N. Burn Hospital, where she is not being treated properly, then the informant got admitted her daughter at Rajeshwar Hospital and also informed to Patrakarnagar Police Station about the occurrence. The daughter of the informant died on 27.02.2017 in course of treatment due to burn injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are parents-in-law of the deceased, the daughter of the informant. Further submission is that, in fact, the deceased, the daughter of the informant, in course of cooking meal sustained burn injury and she was taken to the hospital for treatment but she died in course of treatment after one month and two days of the occurrence. The dead body of the deceased, the daughter of the informant, was also received by the family of the petitioners after receiving no objection from Rakesh Kumar, the son of the

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No.76 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
