The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Ben P.S. Case no. 06 of 2017, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of cash of Rs. 50,000/-.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased, daughter of the informant and petitioner used to reside at Baitul, M.P. and she came along with her husband after hearing the news of death of the deceased. Further submission is that, in fact, deceased daughter of the informant died due to diarrhoea and on information, informant and his other family members also came there, but with ulterior motive this false case has
