The petitioner seeks bail in Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 131 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

The petitioner and two other accused persons were apprehended. From possession of the petitioner five live cartridges were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 28.10.2016. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail petition. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
