The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 332, 333, 353, 427, 156, 295-A and 295 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was identified in the mob of 500 to 700 people which was involved in brick batting and raising slogans which might have created communal disharmony during meeting of the higher authorities.

Submission is that name of the petitioner has been disclosed by the enemies. He has got no criminal antecedent.
