JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 2 27-07-2016 This restoration application has been filed for restoration of M.J.C. No. 4869 of 2014 as this Court, vide order dated 6.10.2015, had directed the petitioner to remove the defect pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within a period of two weeks but, the defects could not be removed within the aforesaid period of two weeks. Learned counsel for the petitioner has assigned reason for the same in this restoration application.
For the reasons mentioned in this restoration application, the prayer made therein is allowed and M.J.C. No. 4869 of 2014 is restored to its original file and the time for removing the defect, as pointed out by the office, is extended by a further period of three weeks from today.
