Keeping in mind the communication already made by the Accountant General to the Under Secretary, Department of Finance, Government of Bihar, which is letter no.A-12-1915, dated 10.9.2015, Annexure- B to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Accountant General, let the Principal Secretary, Finance, Government of Bihar take cognizance of the said communication and advice the Accountant General on the issue keeping in mind the objection or the difficulty being faced by them in this regard on the request of the petitioner. Such a decision must be taken within a period of 10 weeks from the date of filing of an application along with a copy of this order.
