| granted bail one of the co-accused Harendra Prasad who has also been accused of similar overt act, let the petitioner above named be enlarged |

| on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) | |
| with two sureties of the like amount each, one of the surety will be | |
| executed by the father of the petitioner, namely, Budhdeb Saw and the | |
| other by one Manjeet Sao who is said to be the own brother of the | |
| petitioner, to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Munger in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.154 of 2014, giving rise to Sessions Trial No.125 of 2015. |

| The petitioner is directed to appear on each and every | |
| date before the trial court unless exempted from such appearance and he shall not abscond or interfere to the course of justice. |
