3/ 21-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the
State.
This revision application has been filed against the
judgment dated 31.10.2012 passed by the Sessions Judge, Saran at
Chapra, in Cr. Appeal (Juvenile) No.118 of 2012 and 114 of 2012
by which he has set aside the order 03.09.2012 passed by the
Juvenile Justice Board, Chapra, in J. Inquiry No.194 of 2012,
declaring the Petitioner as juvenile.
Having gone through the order impugned, I find no
justification to interfere.
The application is dismissed.
