| could not be filed. Hence she filed second anticipatory bail which is not maintainable. |
Under peculiar circumstances that the petitioner is a

lady she is directed to appear before the Court below which shall consider the fact that earlier she was found fit to be released on
anticipatory by this Court and pass appropriate order.
The application stands disposed off.
