04. 03.02.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the
State.
This revision application has been filed for setting aside the judgment and order dated 07.08.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in Cr. Appeal No. 47 of 2015, by which he has affirmed the order dated 15.06.2015 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Aurangabad in G.R. No. 1922 of 2013 arising out of Salaiya P.S. Case No. 42 of 2013 (Tr. No. 775 of 2015), by which he has refused to release the Petitioner.
Considering the nature of allegations, I would not think it proper to release the Petitioner. The Application stands dismissed.
The Juvenile Justice Board, Aurangabad is directed to conclude the proceeding positively within a period of four

months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party and for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order to the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad and the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Court below so that there is no further delay in inquiry.
