The petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction in appeal dated 22.08.2006 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai in Criminal Appeal No. 14 of 2003.
Having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find
any perversity and hence the revision application is dismissed.
However, considering the date of occurrence, the period of
sentence is reduced to the one already undergone by the petitioners.
