The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated

6.12.2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bettiah, West Champaran, in Maintenance Case No. 48 of 2011 on the ground that he is unable to pay Rs.10,000/- to the Opposite Parties No. 2 and 3. He submits that he would be in a position to pay Rs.2,000/- per month.
