The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 11.7.2013 by which the Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur, in Cr. Misc. Case No. 22 of 2009 arising out of Maintenance Case No. 39 of 2008 has directed the office to send a letter to the Circle Officer, Runni Saidpur, for recovery of the amount of Rs.28,000/- and stop payment of maintenance, since the Petitioner had already completed her education and education cost was not required as also she was not directed to return Rs.28,000/- which had been deposited in her favour.
