The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 28.11.2015 passed by the 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Patna City, Patna in Criminal Appeal No. 142 of 2011 (Reg. No. 25 of 2015), by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 19.04.2011 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City, Patna in Malsalami P.S. Case No. 131 of 2006 (Tr. No. 1504 of 2011, G.R. No. 1567 of 2006), by which he has convicted the Petitioner under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26(1) and 35 of the Arms Act and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for two years.
Having gone through the judgment of conviction, I do not find any merit in the application.
However, considering the period of custody, the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the

Petitioner. The fine of Rs. 5,000/- shall also stand waived.
With the aforesaid observations, the application
stands dismissed.
