The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kahalgaon (Rasalpur) P.S. Case No. 228 of 2015 registered for offences punishable under Section 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 470, 34 of the I.P.C..
It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that it is evident from Annexure 2 that “Kisan Salahkar” is not a Government post and petitioner does not have any role to play in getting subsidy paid to particular person.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely Pankaj Kumar Singh be released
