The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 504, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended that though there is allegation against the petitioner of assaulting by rod upon the head of the informant but there is only simple injury. It would be appear from the F.I.R. itself that the informant was forcibly trying to take work from the petitioner.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Ram Ekbal Thakur be released on bail in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with
