Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 354(A), 341, 323, 504, 326(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
The allegation of sexual harassment to the informant as well as of throwing acid on her body is against coaccused Md. Azhar. For that dispute the petitioners and others are alleged to have committed assault subsequently.
Submission of the petitioners is that co-accused, namely, Babi Khatun and others have been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33896 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that after grant of bail the aforesaid accused persons and others again committed offence against the prosecution.
Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1-cum-Special Judge, POSCO Act, Aurangabad/Successor Court in connection with G.R. No. 21 of 2016 arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 19 of 2016.
