No specific allegation is made against the petitioner, although the petitioner is named in the FIR. Similarly situated coaccused, namely Barun Kumar Singh @ Baroon Kr. Singh and Surendra Mishra @ Surendra Kumar Mishra have been granted anticipatory bail by the bench of this Court vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42595/2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 18970/2015.

named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 86/2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
