2 22-01-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 05.11.2011 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Ara in Ara Nawada P. S. Case No. 230 of 2010, Trial No. 3555 of 2011, whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioner under Section under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and 3 / 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
