2 22-01-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioners seek quashing of first information report of Maharajganj (G.B. Nagar) P. S. Case No. 91 of 2015 dated 09.05.2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 120-B and 447 of the Indian Penal Code.

I have perused the FIR. The allegations made in the FIR do attract the ingredients of a cognizable offence.

In that view of the matter, I find no merit in this case.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
