The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 71 of 2016.

It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the backdrop of land dispute between the parties. The complaint has been filed after an inordinate delay of more than two months on 22.02.2016 for the alleged occurrence of 05.12.2015, a day prior to the date fixed in Ekma P.S. Case No. 151 of 2015 before the concerned
