The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection
with Katihar Town P.S. case no. 245 of 2016, registered under
Section 366 IPC.
After making submissions at some length, the
counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to
withdraw this application enabling the petitioner to surrender and
seek regular bail.
The application is permitted to be withdrawn. If
any such application for regular bail is filed before the Court
below, the same shall be considered and disposed of on its own
merit in accordance with law.
