The petitioner seeks bail in Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 130/2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial no. 337/15, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 21.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. 22012/15.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly the same is rejected.

the same on day-to-day basis and conclude the same within nine months from date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The Superintendent of Police, East Champaran at Motihari is also directed to ensure the attendance of all the nonexamined prosecution witnesses of Chiraiya P.S. Case no. 130/14 corresponding to Sessions Trial no. 337/15 pending in the court of 12^th Additional District & Sessions Judge East Champaran at Motihari.

If the trial is not concluded within nine months from date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, the petitioner may renew the prayer for bail.
