The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Shahpur P.S. Case No. 78/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his daughter was married to Satrughan Rai @ Bhawali Rai of Village – Shivpur P.S. – Shahpur. His daughter got two sons and two daughters. On 20.03.2016 the accused persons forcibly withdrew the amount from her account and when his daughter protested the petitioners and other accused persons killed his daughter and cremated her

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are brothers-in-law, nephew of the husband of the deceased and married sister-in-law of the deceased. They have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. The husband Satrughan Rai withdrew money from the account of his wife (deceased).

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioners are in-laws of the deceased and the deceased is alleged to have killed after many years of her marriage, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-14, Bhojpur in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 78/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
