The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 332, 379, 386, 427, 354, 448, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case as per the informant being Head Master of Rajkiya Middle School, Sijaulia is that on 06.01.2015 at 11.30 A.M., all the FIR named accused persons including the petitioners entered into the premises of the school and damaged cycle, motorcycle and Magic vehicle having registration no.BRO7P8974. On protest being made they assaulted the lady teachers and others. The accused persons also snatched gold

chain from some of the girl students.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled and none have received any grievous injuries. The petitioners' sides have also lodged a case against the informant and others. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of ` 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No.8/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
