This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Tatarpur (University) P.S. Case No. 110 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 420,363, 379 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners, who are ladies that they belong to the same family and they are aunt and niece. Allegation against the petitioners is that they took the informant to one Shakti Kumar where she (informant) was made to do house-hold job, and used to be kept under lock and key. She subsequently learnt that the petitioners had sold the informant to said Shakti Kumar for doing house-hold job after taking hefty amount. It has further been alleged that the petitioners took away

certain belongings also of the informant.

Considering the above facts and the fact that the petitioners are ladies, there being no apparent likelihood of their absconding from the course of investigation or trial, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Tatarpur (University) P.S. Case No. 110 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
