3 26-10-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioners is correct in his submission that name of petitioner No. 4 of Criminal Miscellaneous No. 24951 of 2016 i.e., Bablu Singh has not been mentioned in the order while dealing with the said case, mistakenly.
Let the name of Bablu Singh be read at page 16 of the common order dated 27.06.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 24836 of 2016 and other analogous cases, after Jai Prakash Singh, Munna Singh and Nanhak Singh in connection with Bhojpur SC ST P.S. Case No. 32 of 2016.
The said order is further modified to the extent it relates to Bablu Singh, by extending the time for his appearance before the court below, by three weeks from today.
