The Petitioner seeks transfer of Hajipur Vaishali Mahila P.S. case No.44 of 2013 filed by the Opposite Party No.2 from the court of C.J.M., Hajipur, Vaishali to the court C.J.M., Saran at Chapra since he apprehends danger to his life.

Having considered the facts of the case, I do not find any reason for transferring the case.

However, the Court below is directed to ensure completion of the trial within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party. He shall also not insist on the personal appearance of the
