The petitioner is an accused in Mansurchak P.S. Case No.68 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 and 394 of the I.P.C.
Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of coaccused, Munna Jha. Except the confessional statement there is no material showing the hand of the petitioner in the present case and he is in custody since 19.1.2016. while the petitioner is accused in three cases as detailed in paragraph 3 of the petitioner.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
