The petitioner is accused in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 278 of 2010, registered under Section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is that the petitioner and other coaccused had taken away the son of the informant, namely, Ramlala Thakur, while all of them returned on the eve of Chhat festival, but Sunil Sahi and his son Ramlal Thakur did not return. Thereafter, the informant made query to them, but no satisfactory reply was given.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the son of the informant was taken by co-accused Sunil Sahni as stated about accompanying the Ramlala Thakur, son of

the informant. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 23.11.2015.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 278 of 2010. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parents/close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner .
