at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners and in the application for such listing it has been mentioned that the petitioners want to withdraw this application because the grievances have been redressed.
Learned counsel for the respondents, however, submits that the petitioners had assailed the order dated 7.3.2011 and 28.6.2011 passed by the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Araria in Case No. 22/2009 and that the order still stands and on the strength of such order the private respondents are working.
Be that as it may, since the petitioners want to withdraw this application, the same is dismissed as withdrawn but by making it clear that the petitioners now will have no liberty to move this Court against the orders impugned herein.
