Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with SC/ST Motihari P.S. Case No. 74 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-147, 148, 341, 323, 354, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-3(1)(i)(x)(v)(xi) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Although the case has been registered under various sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that there is land dispute between the parties and both parties have filed cases against each others.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Samsul Ansari has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court, let the petitioners named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with SC/ST Motihari P.S. Case No. 74 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
