Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kuchaikot P. S. case no. 09/2014 registered under sections 302, 201/34 of the IPC.

At para 7 of this petition, it has specifically been averred that petitioners are agnates of husband of the deceased and they have been residing separately from in-laws’ family of the deceased.

Taking note of the aforesaid submissions as well as facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let
