The petitioner is languishing in custody since 24.9.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,307,323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, section 302 IPC was added.
It is alleged that ten FIR named accused persons including the petitioner assaulted with lathi and pelted bricks on the family members of the informant. Specific accusation against the petitioner is of assaulting with lathi on the forehead of the informant. Narayan Bind subsequently succumbed t the injuries.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that injury on the informant was found to be simple and the accusation of making assault to Narayan Bind is not against the

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 241 of 2014.
