Considering the nature of accusation, period under custody, the report of learned trial court at Flag ‘A’ which reflects that the trial is likely to be concluded within one year and a statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge, IV, Araria in connection with Sessions Trial No. 770 of 2013 arising out of Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 118 of 2003.
The learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he defaults for two consecutive occasions.
