The Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No. 100 of 2014 (G.R. Case No. 2117 of 2014) registered under Sections 395 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarahana at Motihari, East Champaran.
Considering that the Petitioners were named in the confessional statement of the co-accused, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to them. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
