Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

This revision application has been filed for setting aside

the judgment dated 12.5.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Supaul in Juvenile Appeal No.02 of 2015, by which he has affirmed the order dated 20.4.2015 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Supaul, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner in G.R. case No.2232 of 2014 arising out of Supaul P.S. case No.580 of 2014.

Considering the nature of the offence, I am not inclined to release the petitioner.

The application stands rejected.

The Juvenile Justice Board, Supaul is directed to conclude the enquiry expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party, for which reason, he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witnesses for their examination along with a copy of this order to the S.P., Supaul, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the trial.
