The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S. case No.227 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 379, 307, 302, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act, pending before the court of C.J.M., Nalanda.
Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
