The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 353, 271, 278 and 285 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the informant being a police officer received information that theft was committed in the mobile and stationery shop of one Md. Tebrej Alam when the informant went to investigate the matter then the petitioners along with 10-15 persons blocked Gamharia Babhani

road by putting bamboo and huts on the road and they raised slogan against the police and thereby obstructed the informant in discharge of official duty.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that mob raised slogan against the inaction of the police.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the accusation against the mob, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No. 85 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
