JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 4 06-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant within one year of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim died due to illness.

Considering the nature of accusation, this court in not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders
