From the abandoned house, 10 kgs of Ammonium Nitrate, 30 pieces of red colour detonators, 90 pieces of rajpawer and 401 pieces of explosive jeletines were recovered. During investigation the witnesses suggested that this petitioner along with others kept the explosives in the abandoned house.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled when other co-accused has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 3918 of 2015. Considering the suspicious nature of

accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Since the petitioner has criminal antecedent, let learned Court below cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if the petitioner defaults for three consecutive occasions during trial.
