The petitioner is languishing in custody since 30.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307,379,504,506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant, his aunt and cousins. It is specific alleged against the petitioner to have assaulted on the head of the informant with 'farsa', the injury has been found grievous.
