It has been alleged that members of an outfit organization raided the camp where labourers were staying as well as equipment, tools, machines were kept on account of having the road being constructed by the R.K. Construction and Company, the contractor and set a blaze the same. They have also raised slogan ‘ Maowadi Jindabad’ .

Having the case instituted against unknown police swung into action but, from the successive order sheet it is apparent that manner whereunder case is being investigated is nothing but an eyewash. All the accused persons whose names subsequently been transpired or arrested on suspicion instead of having been put on T.I. Parade, are being intermingle on the basis of inculpatory extra judicial confessional statement of each other and that happens to be the status of all the four petitioners.

Accordingly, petitioners Sanjay Yadav,

Satyendra Choudhary, Subedar Mistry @ Sikari Jee, Surendra Mahto @ Surendra Mehta each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Khudwan P.S. Case No.12 of 2013.
